  After 7 months I can't take this place anymore. I tried but every visit is just a 30min to hr wait just to be moved to another room for more waiting. They are way over booked and do not have the staff on hand to take care of the patients they have. When you do finally see someone they just rush in and out. Which would make one question why it takes so long to see them in the first place. I have an appointment at 3:45 not 4:45 but that's how long you will sit no matter when your appointment is. If you are so over booked why not call and let people know you are running behind and not just let people sit in a room wondering what the hell is going on. Horrible place.

  At yearly check up they gave my child an optional shot without explaining. Did not get my consent. Only realized after nurse had stuck needle in child and put paperwork on desk. Spoke with office admin, called also emailed, nothing. Guess it was a mishap. I don't know what else could slip through the cracks. Their office gets overwhelmed. If you are a parent/patient here beware, don't blindly think they are alert about all procedures.

  When I moved to GA I was referred to Cumberland by a friend! So far so good it's been over a year! Dr Wilson is excellent!! No problems scheduling appts and never have to wait long to be seen!!!
