- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is my first time visiting this office, and I'm highly disappointed. I originally was a patient at the now closed location off of Powder Springs. I received terrible treatment there: long waits, consistent changes in my appointment, lack of communication in my orthodontic treatment, and staff that seemed uncaring about my well-being. Understanding that this location would be closed, I was relieved that I would be going to a "new" location. However, it didn't get any better as the staff also moved there as well. Hoping that I could get better treatment, I ended up being with the same staff. Whatever you do, DO NOT receive orthodontic treatment from these people.
