- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I do not recommend this Vet or her staff. Extremely poor communication and human bedside manner. Came across as insensitive to humans. Speaks to and talks to my dog when enters room, but ignores me (little eye contact), the owner. Quick to sell various drugs without offering a word about side effects to owners handling drugs or to their pets. Uses a "Victimize the victim mentality" towards new customers to distract you from what's about to go down with trumped up charges. Made me feel bad about my rescued puppy judging us that he had been with several owners and said they couldn't trust the vaccine records I was given by CCA Shelter in their selfish interest of running up my bill. Now I am questioning all these extra vaccined they recently gave him. He has been acting sick and just not himself since about 2 days or so. PLEASE DEMAND clear COMMUNICATION and ask questions while your pet is in your lap, else they will administer shots, drugs to your pet without your final approval and say so, but will bill you or run up your charges quickly!!!January 29, 2017by DeeDee
