  I've been coming here for birth control since January; in which I'm always early to my appointments. I have NEVER been called back on time. It's always at least an hour visit for something that takes 1 minute to administer. I don't understand how they are always late.

  I've been a patient of Planned Parenthood for about 10 years now at multiple locations in Georgia and in Indiana. The first year I moved to Georgia I was pleased to find this location had a friendly staff. About two years ago I started to notice the decline in the quality of service. During my visit last year I was treated very rudely by a woman at the front desk and I wanted to pass it off as someone possibly having a bad day. This year I went back and with the exception of one nurse, everyone at the location was rude and off putting. I really wish that I could say I want to keep supporting Planned Parenthood, but I can no longer justify being treated badly. I will now be ordering my birth control online and finding a slightly less affordable doctor for in-office appointments. Planned Parenthood, please make an option for feedback that's not just calling the office visited. I don't feel comfortable asking to talk to a manager when no one was nice in the first place.
