- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible customer service policy!! Had a return w/ receipt and was told it was 2 days past the 14 day return policy. So okay give me a store credit. To make matters worse I was told you can only have a store credit but you have to use it NOW which I was not ready to do. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE! Do they not know that PETSMART has a 60 day return policy!!! I will never go back to Pet Supplies Plus because I will do business with a company that cares about their customers and has decent return policy.September 15, 2017by Jen Sharonj charon
