- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I primarily picked this place because it was 5 minutes away from where I lived. There was always long wait times even when I showed up early for my appointment. Finally when I transferred to another place getting my medical records was very difficult. It took 5 months for them to send it to my new pediatrician. It was because the doctor was too busy and had other people's records back up. (That is what they kept telling me.) But to prevent this back up from happening Dr. Hall and her staff need to figure out how to make time for their paying patients. FYI I'm still trying to make an appointment to my new pediatrics.
