  Check your glasses for damage when you pick up! Very important. I had my lenses replaced recently and when I picked up my glasses there was a significant burn mark on the edge of my frames. I was told I would have to either keep the glasses the way they are or receive an $89 credit towards a new pair of frames as "when we damage customer's frames we are only allowed to give an $89 credit towards new frames." I was told by one of the associates. So in order to correct my property being damaged I have to give them more money? This made no sense to me as I did not receive my frames in the condition they were dropped off in. I would avoid this location and try the eye glasses store in the Avanue half a mile down the road.
