  I have owned and took care of animals for 17 years now and I have to say I have never met such Amazing, Intelligent, warm hearted, kind and caring people like I have met here at Animal Eye Specialists. Dr. King is world class, she is brilliant and a true professional, I mean everyone from administrative to back office, to the main Vet Tech are on a different level, I have lived in NY for most of my life and been to many vets and specialists , I have never experienced anything like this. From the way they treated me, Rocky had an eye ulcer that Dr.King treated in 1 session and 10 days later it completely healed. I am so blessed and grateful to have met such kind hearted amazing people that truly cared for me and my best friend Rocky who I have now had for more then 13 years. Thank you so much Dr.King to you and your entire family and staff you guys are simply put ALL STARS !!!!!! I am so humbled and grateful to you all for all your care and work, may God always bless your practice and all your patients that come in the doors.

  Wonderful experience with Dr. King and staff in caring for my blind (already) cat, Max. You couldn't ask for more caring people. My regular vet had said a couple of years before and before Max had totally lost his vision, that I "could" take him to a specialist, but didn't seem to really recommend that. Max did become completely blind, and developed an infection in the affected eye...all of a sudden. After a trip to the emergency vet next door (with a long wait and great expense), they suggested I take him next door to Dr. King. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Dr. King saw him and prescribed medications for his infection and said that he could possibly regain some sight. He did not, but Max was 19-20 yrs old and we weren't expecting a lot. Max had an appointment to see her in May; sadly, one of his other conditions (high blood pressure, kidney failure) caught up with him and he left us the week before his appointment. I called to cancel - hard to do - and told them the reason. The person I spoke with was so sympathetic and kind. A couple of days later, I received a floral bouquet in Max's memory from Dr. King and staff. What a nice thing to do! I'd also like to mention that I found his care to be very reasonably priced - more so than I'd expected. I'd urge anyone who has a pet with vision difficulties to pursue care with a specialist like Dr. King.
